Derek helped Jack look for his Easter basket....
...at first he was a bit apprehensive, but we encouraged him to dive right in!
For some reason he was more excited about Derek's basket (like all little kids....wanting what the other person has)
Then on the morning of Easter Sunday in Hawaii, thanks to Uncle Paul, Jack able to dye some Easter Eggs for the first time!
We then enjoyed a beautiful sacrament service in Hanalei to remind us what Easter is all about (and of course lots of wiggling, running around and making new friends in the hallway for Jack).
We stopped off at a lookout for Hanalei Valley to take some family pictures.

The whole gang! (minus a few who had work and LAX)
We then drove down to Poipu to enjoy a delicious Easter Brunch at the Kilohana Plantation. It has since been turned into a restaurant (Gaylord's), shops, farm, Luau venue and mini train station. I had been there once before, but not for Easter Brunch, so it was a real treat!
