For those of you who don't know, we moved down to Carlsbad about 3 weeks ago. We certainly miss San Clemente.....but it's only a 20 min. drive away! We have felt very welcome here and are getting to know our way around. My brother and his wife also moved to Carlsbad right around the same time we did. We have had a blast hanging out with them- and having a cousin around for Jack to play with.
Here's what we've been up to:
Taking the kids on rides down to the beach
We had Ty and Kathy and Lando over for dinner one night....and we got a little wild. Kathy showed us all up in our little hula-hooping contest.
And then Jack is just a maniac these days....and we are loving it! He gets into everything and stands up on everything.....we definitely have our hands full but he is so fun!
Jack was rocking out to Derek's Skull Candy (thanks Ty/Ben!) headphones. We might have a little DJ on our hands....

Fun! Fun! Fun! Jack is a CRACK UP! And I have heard about Kathy's Hoola Hooping talents. Perhaps she will share it in the holiday talent show.
Very cute. I am still incredibly jealous but stoked you get to be so close to family and go to the beach. But hey, where is your helmet? I am kind of a freak about them. I don't make my kids in the burley wear them, but I do, even if I am going down the block to school or to the store. I am such a nerd, huh?
Jack has turned into such a little stud! He is definately going to be a heartbreaker. Congrats on the move... sounds like a dream living so close to the beach. I'm so glad you are all doing so well. Love to you guys!
Yeah! How fun that you live close to Ty and Kathy! Family is the best. We just moved to the OC and are loving it. We should get together sometime! I'm in the San Diego area alot, as Steve's parents live there - so let's plan!
